Products purchased from ldorvdornaturals.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be satisfied, we offer a 30-day guarantee. Please contact us at email@example.com, to provide the product information and let us know why you are returning the product. We will reply with details on how to complete the return, at this time we cannot offer refunds on any shipping charges for the return. We work to initiate the refund as soon as we receive the returned product, normally within 2-3 business days after being received.
Products listed as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We might have to cancel an order due to a couple potential events: unable to process the payment, address is not a shippable address, or the item is no longer available. If you provided an email address during the ordering process, we will send an email to that address with a notification as the cause of the cancellation. Try to submit the order again with updated information, or reply to the email with any questions.
We list the number of months each item will be good for on the back of the product packaging, look for an image of a small jar with a number inside. But in general, our products are good for between 12-18 months. We make everything in small batches and make them as close to being sold as possible, to ensure you receive the freshest product and to extend their shelf life as long as possible once you receive them.
To help extend the shelf life, always store the products in a cool dark place, such as a medicine cabinet, or a shelf out of direct light.
When using the products, make sure to use clean hands, do not touch applicators to any other surface or the skin (unless otherwise directed), avoid getting water or other substances into the packaging.
Always take note of the smell and texture of the product, if you notice a significant change, it might be time to replace that product.
We do not use parabens or preservatives in any of our products. We are not against all preservatives but we do avoid them due to the potential for health impacts and skin irritation. We create small batch products that either do not need preservatives or are intended to be used when they are fresh.
We provide the recommended shelf life on each package, look for the image of a jar with a number on it. Always take note of the smell and texture of the product, if you notice a significant change, it might be time to replace that product.

Wo do not use any products that are known to contain gluten, such as wheat products. We use Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour and Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil in several of our products. Oat products do not actively contain gluten but may be be produced near gluten containing products, as may other ingredients. Please read all product descriptions or the outer packaging for the ingredient list, and consult your health care professional if you have questions about use.
Currently all of our products are vegan, and though we do not see that changing anytime soon, if it did we would update this answer immediately. Also, we specify on each product when it is vegan, for you to easily identify.
All of our products are 100% cruelty free, the ingredients we purchase have not been tested on animals. Additionally, we do not test them on animals, only on ourselves and our husbands. We are in the process of being certified through PETA and will update this answer once it is finalized. Ultimately, due to the very natural nature of our ingredients and products they are not the items that would potentially undergo animal testing. We will not get up on our soapbox here, but suffice it to say that we are proud of being cruelty free.

Our company name Ldor Vdor means “from generation to generation”, preserving the planet and teaching the next generation is at our core. We strive to use the most recyclable option for our packaging and make all of our products in small batches to limit waste.
